My name is Manou, I live in Berlin and this is my very first own radio
show. Since 1996 I am a DJ. I played at many exciting clubs all over
the world and I
I am at the moment working on the random brumtones player for the site.
I am for ths player collecting brumtones from different noise machines,
the highway, the seeway, the ocean, the kithchen, the nature, the
subway and lots of other interesting brumtones generating sources.

I am very much excited about the different collaboration projects that I am involved in during the Wundergrund Festival in Berlin and Copenhagen, October 30th - November 8th 2008. Se the dates here.
1. Engkilde & Weiser meets Superflex animals. A Collaboration between Marcus Weiser (Regenzentrum) and I + some Frogs from Superflex animals... 2. Ljiljana Petcovic Orchestra, is a collaboration with Manuela Krause where I am producing and co-composing the music for the Ljiljana Petcovic Orchestra. 3. Hi, I am August Engkilde. I am the artist behind EPO, Police Beat Box, August Engkilde (Surprise!), Elektrazz (in collaboration with Kruzh'em). This is where I will be posting news about my work at the moment as well as thoughts about music.

Our friend and wonderful musician Richard Eigner will be in Copenhagen
during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. We have asked him to join us in one
or two tracks during our concert at "det ny skuespilshus". We are

After some busy, fun and inspirational weeks during our performances at
the Wundergrund festival in Berlin and Copenhagen, we are now back in
the office working on our coming projects and new ideas listing the
upcoming Ljiljana Petkovic Arkestra album release, "The portable
brumtone kiosk", "brumbeats" series, brumbits, "easybrums", brumtone
shoping bags ...
We are very proud to be able to announce that Manuela Krause, Berlin, has joined
Brumtone as a partner. "I have looked very much forward to this
collaboration and are very happy that it will finally happen" -August.
